Fallout Pony OC request

Made this pic of my friend's OC as a request and such. Not really good at drawing guns or glowy magic, sadly. :C Still, hope he likes it~

Also, this is supposed to be based on the fic, "Fallout: Equestria". Was a good read, although I only got to chapter 12 or so.

I have a LOT of drawing I'm gonna post once I finally get to finishing them (I'm lazy), so look forward to that, I suppose.
